SWEEETT!!!!!!!!!!! This is what my Rural Nutrition Classes are all about! Bring it on! We all need to be eating a more traditional diet. –not just alladicks and pirok. You have so much knowlege, I’m glad you’re putting it out so even blondies like me can try things out….I’m still not going to eat octopus -ewwww
